We are a family of 4. I am a research scientist at the CBMSO in Madrid, Spain and our family is planning to spend the 2024/2025 school year in London , UK. We are looking for a 3 bedroom apartment fully furnished. We prefer it to be close to the Crick Institute or University College London, but it's not a requirement. We offer ou3 3-bedroom apartment (130 m2) in Madrid, Spain and located in a quiet neighborhood, close to metro, parks, restaurants, supermarkets and two shopping mall (cinemas, restaurants...). We have a big and bright double bedroom with an office, and two bedroom with trundle beds. Sleeps up to 6 people. Perfect for families with or without kids. The spacious living room has an indoor terrace with windows which can open up completely so it can also be like an outdoor terrace in the spring-summer, overlooking a quiet garden. The kitchen has a window connecting to the living room so you can cook and watch the kids while they’re in the living room, and a dining table for 4 people, so you can have all your meals in the kitchen if you’d like, or you can use the dining table in the living room. The kitchen is full equiped and there is also a washing machine, dryer and clothes line. There are tennis, soccer and basketball courts for the residential community to use. There are 2 bathrooms, one very spacious and recently renovated with a walk-in shower. We have adult and kids bicycles upon request. The residential community has a 3 tennis courts, 1 of padel, a basketball court, a soccer field and 2 swimming pools. What you will love about this neighborhood The neighborhood (Hortaleza) is very quiet and family friendly and has everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas and bars, pharmacy, a big shopping mall, parks. It’s very well connected. There are buses going to the city center and it is just 2 metro stops away from the airport and 3 metro stops away from the center (Nuevos Ministerios).
