Charming Village House in Rural France

Description

I am a singer and recently bought a house for my retirement in rural France where I plan to live and teach music from 2025. I am at present working abroad and am organising the renovations of my French property. I would like to rent my property to a person or people who would enjoy the quiet for their own creative projects but who would be amenable to allowing the odd workman come to the house if necessary… could suit a family, young couple, or single person. The house has three floors and is furnished, and bedding and all household necessities are provided. The style of the house and furniture is quite old fashioned, and the kitchen is not modernised but perfectly functional. There is a terrace and parking available behind the house. The house faces directly onto the village square with a church and fountain, epicerie, bakery and pharmacy. There is a local supermarket and a weekly farmers' market. Situated 7 mins from the river Lot, where there is a life-guarded bathing area with a little beach and small bar for warmer weather. Nearest station for main-line connections are Tonneins, about 20 mins drive, or Agen, about 40 mins drive, which also has direct trains to Paris.
