Tastefully furnished with minimal decor, ample closet space cleared out totally for your usage. Most suitable for a single person, but would be fine with two. Brand new comfy mattress, electric leather recliner in main room, and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher). Laundry is coin operated, on floor. Bathroom has great water pressure, shower and tub. Bike rentals in front of building, Evo car-share in parking lot, bus stop in front of building & parking space rental possible. Kayak and other sea equipment rentals in building too if interested. A small writing table, with a view, is set up as well, and can be used as a work area. It's a fantastic place to write. Fast wifi and a large screen Smart TV with Neflix, HBO, Crave, Prime, etc This is a rare find. It is our guest apartment for family and we are out of town this year. I am a faculty member, and commute to UBC, which is straightforward driving, biking or on public transit. It is really worth the commute to be in this part of the city; the best of Vancouver living. Looking for a reliable renter to enjoy this magical place while we are away and love it as much as we do!
