Description
Boston is one of the highest to live in the US. Newton is a safe and upscale city close to everything. We have 15 buses right around the corner from a block away to the house. The price per week or month depends on a length and time of the year. Usually March to end of November is very busy and high season. Outsiders should consider staying at a hostel for a twin size bunk bed shared with 4-8 people room and shared bathroom is $60-75 at minimum plus fees. Hotels at $200 if you can find at a decent, close to th city., but usually $300 +plus per night. I am looking for clean, organized, respectful people. Each room may take 2 people so if you are going to share with someone please each person needs to show work/school information. Graduate/postdoctoral/ researcher/faculty. We are not childproof and can't have anyone younger than 18. Price is per room.
