Description

This home is very warm and comfortable and in a quiet, beautiful and unique neighborhood 9 minutes from downtown Seattle. It is a couple blocks to “the village” with restaurants, a pub, coffee shops, boutiques, a bakery, post office, drug store, banks, library, and grocery store. May through October a farmers market is situated here on Saturday mornings. Three blocks south of the house is Magnolia boulevard. It runs along a bluff with beautiful homes on one side and sweeping views of the Seattle skyline, Elliott Bay, Mt Rainier and the Olympic mountain range. It is spectacular. You’ll find walkers, joggers, and cyclists enjoying it. You could take sweet stroll from the house after dinner and in the morning before getting on with the day. The downstairs rental space is a bedroom, modern bathroom, and a study. We share the kitchen space. All are fully furnished. There is a sweet yard, brick patio and deck to enjoy as well. I work and enjoy regular time on Whidbey Island. I’m pretty busy. I’ll chat a bit, if you’d like. I enjoy meeting new people and have had good experiences renting this space.
