The house is located with a short distance to the tram (5 min), bus (4 min) and subway (10 min). You will get to the city center in around 15 minutes. Bekkelaget primary school and Branfjell secondary school is five minutes' walk away from the house. At Holtet (5 minutes away) you will find shops, cafes and restaurants. There are also several popular recreational areas nearby. About the house - The house was built by us in 2019 and holds a high standard with single-strip oak parquet, doors in veneered oak, water-borne heating and plain walls in contemporary colors.
