We are looking for an individual, couple, or family to stay in our downtown Lexington home (2/3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) between June and December 2024. Our house is walking distance from many of downtown and Northside Lexington's restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. It is located on a quiet street and is set up for work from home. It is an older home with lovely original hardwood floors and a small fenced-in backyard perfect for kids and pets. Downstairs: large open-plan kitchen, dining, living area, den/3rd bedroom (queen size, very comfortable pull-out sofa) with large screen TV, and kids' bedroom with twin bed. Upstairs: very large master suite, with queen bed, ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet, TV, and home office and lounge areas.
