We are seeking a quiet, conscientious, tidy and non-smoking tenant for our recently built, modern studio on the ground level of our home. We are a family of four and two sweet dogs living on the first and second floors of the house. One of us is a high school teacher, the other a clinical psychologist. Along with our two children, we enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, travel, and time outdoors as well as with friends and family. The studio is clean, brand-new, spacious, and offers plenty of storage. Kitchen is modern with all new appliances including 4 burner stove (and griddle), full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and Brita filter. Bathroom offers spacious newly tiled shower. Collection of rugs from around the world. Friendly and quiet tree-lined street, walkable to parks, cafe's, restaurants, groceries, farmer's market, post office. Views of the SF Bay Area nearby. 3 block walk to Solano Avenue district.
