All new stainless steel appliances. Extra deep sink with commercial faucet and 18-inch dishwasher. Ample cabinet storage. French door refrigerator with bottom freezer drawers. Microwave, four slice toaster, blender, drip coffee pot, tea kettle and coffee, tea, cream and sugar provided to get you started. Well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, knives, bakeware, grill tools, wine openers, lots of kitchen tools, etc. etc. Children’s dishes, cups and utensils provided. Flex Room / Office / Den / Second Bedroom: This room can be used as your dedicated office, the second bedroom, your yoga studio, a den or all of the above. Even though it’s large enough to be a second bedroom, you have to walk through it to get to the bathroom / linen closet and the master bedroom, so it is not entirely private. (See the floor plan at the end of the photos.) This room is really functional though! It boasts an 55" desk for your telework, a twin bed with twin trundle bed for guests / children, and flexible furniture pieces that you can move to personalize the room based on your needs. If you plan on using it as a dedicated second bedroom and need a more private guest space talk to us - we have a vision for adding a curtain wall if needed.... Laundry: Stack washer / dryer in closet off of flex room. Full size ironing board and iron. Bathroom: Tub/shower combo. All updated hardware, lighting, toilet, faucets. If your don’t find enough towels hanging in the bathroom - check out the linen closet across the hall for extra towels, sheets, and other supplies. Master Bedroom: Queen bed with comfy new mattress.
