We are looking to let our our beautiful traditional tenement flat in the West End. Out flat is located in the heart of the West End with the University and everything else you need on your doorstep. We have 10 bars and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk as well as a bakers, supermarket and park. Glasgow's Botanic Gardens is a 10 minute walk away as is Kelvingrove Museum, Kelvingrove Park and a number of gyms and sports facilities. We are also a 3 minute walk to the underground and bus routes and 10 minute to a train station that can take you to the city centre as well as to Loch Lomond or Edinburgh as well. The house is fully furnished with all amenities, including central heating, wireless internet, a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen has a hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, a pantry, and all cookware and crockery needed. All three bedrooms have double beds (the main bedroom with a kind sized bed). Happy to provide any toys or games for kids. On-street parking is available with a visitors permit - however, we are so central no car is needed. The flat has a number of period features including stained glass entrance door and cornicing and it is ground floor so has the huge advantage of it's own private garden as well as a large communal garden in the back. This would be perfect for those either moving to Glasgow and looking for temporary accommodation while you settle in, or anyone coming on sabbatical.
