Bright, elegant, spacious (550 sq ft) apt. with private ground floor entrance. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped. Comfortable queen size temperpedic mattress and pull out couch. Kitchenette with toaster oven, hot plates, rice cooker, microwave, coffee maker and more. Shower, no tub. Sauna. Washer/dryer. Quiet Friendly neighborhood - 1 block off the bus line, 10 minutes from U of O, 2 mi. to downtown and 1 mi. from biking on country roads. Health food cafe/store and food trucks-2 blocks. The lovely studio floor and the bathroom vanity are both new, replaced in July of 2023. For those with allergies, we have a large air purifier and A/C in this unit that keeps air fresh and helps those with pollen issues.
