The apartment is located right between Mitte and Kreuzberg where the former Berlin Wall used to be. Today, a small park invites you to take a walk or a jogging round along the old strip of the Wall. Public transportation is very nearby and Humboldt University is just a short bike ride away as well as Museumsinsel with all its wonderful museums. Within walking distance you find all necessary amenities in vibrant Kreuzberg like (organic) supermarkets, a farmer´s market, popular Markthalle IX, nice boutiques, a small cinema showing arthouse movies and lots of bars and restaurants. Almost as quickly you can reach Alexanderplatz with its multiplex movie theatre, department stores and endless shopping possibilities. The bright apartment features a very spacious master bedroom, a living room with a sleeper couch for 2 people, an adjacent sunny balcony facing east with a view in the community garden, perfect for breakfast or lunch, a dining room with access to a lovely loggia facing west for relaxing in the evening, a cozy kitchen with a small seating area, a generous bathroom with tub and an extra guest toilet, an office with 2 desks (pictures are coming soon) and a spacious hallway giving access to all the rooms.

Comments: A deposit of 2 monthly rates is required. All utilities are included. However, there is a cap for gas and electricity beyond which tenant will be charged. A cleaning fee of €250,- will be charged at the end of stay.

Comments: In order to protect the wooden floors and carpets we ask not to wear shoes in the apartment. If you need an additional bedroom you are welcome to convert the dining room by moving the table to the living room. A spare single mattress is in basement.
