Description
Cozy modern home starting August 1st. The house is divided into two units: the top two floors include 2 bed/1.5 bath, with an open plan living/dining/kitchen remodeled in 2018. There is also a small office space (roughly 8' x 10'). The English basement is a private 1 bed/1 bath apartment which can be used as an in-law suite or home office (no subletting or Airbnb allowed). The unit has a small kitchen and clothing washer/dryer. We also have a cozy backyard with a porch and bike shed. Tenants are welcome to use the gas grill, picnic table, and large umbrella. A little bit about us - we are family of 5 (including three small children) and we recently moved to France to try life on the other side of "the pond". We have family in Washington and a trusted handyman on call if any maintenance/repair issues should arise.
