Located between Swan Street and Bridge Road with excellent transport, regular trams towards the city or to the Eastern suburbs, and Burnley train station a short 4 minute walk away. Cafes, bars and restaurants just minutes away and walking distance to 2 large supermarkets. Melbourne University - Burnley campus is 10 minutes walk and Melbourne University - city campus, ACU and RMIT all easily accessible by tram or train. Hospitals are also easily accessible with the Epsom Hospital in Richmond a 20 minute walk (or short tram ride), and trams to Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Children's Hospital and Peter Mac and St Vincents.
