Character-filled spacious family home with garden in London

Hello! It's lovely to be in touch. I come from an academic background (neuroscience at University College London) but I'm a documentary filmmaker working for BBC, British Film Institute, UNHCR etc. My partner is a menswear designer and has recently opened a branch of his made-to-measure menswear in NYC. We will be staying in NYC until summer 2025 so our family home is available to rent. Our bohemian Victorian family home is in the heart of Hackney London, East London. It's four bedrooms although we use one as a wonderful light filled office. I can't promise all the modcons, but I can guarantee bags of character, a garden, an open fire and lots of space for children to run around.  We are 2 minutes from Clapton station, which means Shoreditch and the city are 15 minutes away. You'd be 30 mins from central London. We are surrounded by buzzy neighborhoods with restaurants, cafes, nurseries, parks, yoga centres (Stoke Newington, Clapton, Chatsworth Road). We are also very close to the canal and Hackney Marshes which offers a wide open green space. It is possible to canoe, SUP and even ride horses within 15 minutes of our door.  I'm more than happy to answer any questions and will be as transparent and open about pros and cons (it can get cold in winter) as possible. Also many more photos!
