Sunny house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, central A/C, a glassed-in porch, a lovely patio and backyard, a veggie garden, two WFH set ups with monitors and ergonomic chairs, and a finished basement with a guest bed & play area. School age children (5-18) would be eligible to enroll in the Maplewood-South Orange school district. Maplewood Community Pool August membership (Aug 1-Sept 2) would also be available to the renters. https://www.somsd.k12.nj.us/ http://www.maplewoodcommunitypool.org/ Home is located on a leafy street between Valley and Springfield. The Maplewood Train station is a 15-20 minute walk, and frequent trains reach Hoboken station or New York Penn station in about 40 minutes. Nearby NJ Universities in driving distance: Seton Hall (10min), Rutgers-Newark (20min), Rutgers New Brunswick (45min), Princeton (60min).
