Internet WIFI is included, as well as sheets, towels (all bedding furnished). Across the street, you will find fine grocery stores (butcher shop, cheesemonger, fishmonger, fine bakeries), brasseries, cafés and restaurants. Within a short walk, you can reach Montparnasse's theaters and cinemas, the rue Daguerre market, Villa d’Alesia, a place of residence for artists (Matisse, Picasso, Léger), antique and flea market (Vanves). It is a 10 minute walk from the Montparnasse cimetery where, among others, Sartre, Beauvoir, Beaudelaire, Beckett and Gainsbourg are buried.
