Description
I'm looking to spend 1/2 of my year in Mexico. As an independent, remote work consultant, I can do that! Hoping that my well loved, cozy, classic 1928 Portland home will make someone a great 6 month sabbatical home November-April. Rosemary Cottage (my houses name) is 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a full office. Living room with fireplace (electric), full dining room and kitchen on the main floor. Full partially finished basement with washer/ dryer. 10 minutes walk to MAX stations, 2 minutes walk to bus, 3 minutes off the 205 Powell exit. Walk to cinema, food trucks and shopping. Fully fenced yard with dog door, we welcome dogs! Fully furnished, I'll store personal things in the basement, the house is yours!
