Historic Creole Cottage

Description

This is a great, newly-renovated Creole cottage built in the second part of the 19th century. It has hardwood floors, high ceilings, ceiling fans, AC, high speed Internet/wi-fi, TV with Roku, an open-floor living room/study with two desks and a daybed, a bedroom on the second floor with king-size bed, an extra full-size bed, an extra study space upstairs. Downstairs is also a full kitchen, a full bathroom, a front porch and a nice backyard. There are three outside security cameras for your safety but the neighborhood is safe. New stove, Nespresso coffee machine, washer/dryer. The mini-split ductless AC units are great because you can control them separately (e.g. the first floor and second floor; or kitchen and living room, etc.) and they consume much less than a big traditional central unit. I am a professor away from New Orleans for the summer. If you would like to rent it, please tell me a little about yourself.
