We are an academic and media couple who have lived at this property for 20 years. We have built a laneway house and ideally would like to rent it for an academic term. Shorter rentals will be considered. The location is speaks for itself. The neighbourhood and the laneway home have amazing views, restaurants and shopping are 10-20 minutes away on Hastings Street in Vancouver or Burnaby. A major bus loop and numerous walking and cycling routes are nearby, including the Trans Canada Trail. There is secure storage for two bikes. A quick search of Yelp is all you need to confirm how much is going on around here.
