Spacious, bright two-story condo close to Harvard Square

I am a professor of philosophy at Boston College, and my wife is the director of a non-profit organization. We moved to East Watertown a few years ago, and we really like the area. It has lots of local character (e.g. a great vegan restaurant at the end of our block, and a vibrant Armenian-American community). It is also very walkable for both fun and practical things (e.g. Intelligentsia Coffee, Target Arsenal ). And there is great access to some of the best outdoor spaces in the area (Charles River, Fresh Pond, Mount Auburn Cemetery). The Cambridge-Watertown Greenway (walking and bike bath) is nearby. Also, there is a quick and easy bus that stops close to our house and goes straight into Harvard Square. Our home is warm and cozy and would be ideal for a family or couple. It is currently set up with an office and guest room downstairs, in addition to the main bedroom and nursery room upstairs. We can make some adjustments to the arrangement if requested. Our condo is on the top two floors of our building. Our neighbor lives on the first floor. We enjoy great views from our deck, and wonderful light in our unit (including from the skylights upstairs). We will provide a house-cleaner once a month, included in the cost of the rent. We have at least one bike (maybe, two) that you’d be welcome to use. There is a small backyard that we share with our downstairs neighbor. The nicest place to be outside, however, is the deck!
