This is a large three bedroom, furnished apartment close to the Harvard campus, right by Central Square (very safe area). There are several parks and a playgronud nearby within walking distance. The next Wholefoods is also within walking distance (7 minutes) as is the next H-mart. The nearest T stops, Central Square and Harvard Square, are about a 7-10 minute walk from the apartment. You can either walk or bike to both Harvard and MIT from here. Interior: This is a historic building with relatively high walls and hardwood floors throughout. The master bedroom has a California queen-sized bed with TempurPedic mattresses. There is a closet and several drawers for your clothes. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and another closet. The third bedroom is currently set-up as the baby-room. The apartment is therefore ideal for a small family - we have everything you need for a baby: crib, changing table, various toys, a stroller, and multiple chairs for babies. There is also a separate dining room off the kitchen, which is fully equipped. The living room is spacious and the area receives natural light from three large windows during the morning. Past the kitchen is a balcony with a little table and a bench, where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon. It overlooks a big garden that is in full bloom during the summer. The TV is set up with subscriptions to all major streaming services and there is even a PS5. Condo facilities: We have laundry in unit. Dedicated parking: This apartment comes with an outdoor parking spot. The apartment is leased out directly by me and my wife (so no broker fees).
