Spend your summer in an inspiring, quiet, and creative space, minutes from the beach, and set in a hillside abutting a secret and stunningly beautiful parkland, where dogs can run leash-free. A sprawling fenced backyard shaded by live oak trees and an open brick patio with front vegetable garden provide plenty of open space to enjoy our beautiful Santa Barbara climate. The cozy house is was built by a well-known artist who designed the space beautifully and efficiently, The chef's kitchen is set with marbletop counters, an Italian oven, and modern appliances and washer dryer. There is a relaxing hot tub just outside the shower door, and a small unfinished hut in the garden. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. An ideal place to think, write, and relax.

Comments: This is a very unique home, wildly colorful, and fun. Abutting an enormous park. 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive to the beach. Quiet, shaded by live oak trees with a hot tub. Lovely front patio, huge fenced backyard. Very Santa Barbara!
