Apartment for rent in Besiktas / Istanbul

I am renting my 70 m2 2+1 apartment in Besiktas / Istanbul for 1-12 months starting from March 25, 2024. The apartment is very centrally located, yet in a quiet neighbourhood environment. It is well connected to all means of public transportation: 5 mins to ferries for Kadikoy and Uskudar, 5 mins to bus stations and minibuses that take you in diverse neighborhoods, 10 mins to Yildiz metro station. Besiktas Carsisi is 2 mins away and if you need to relax in a green zone Abbasaga Parki is only 1 min away. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. in the zone. The flat is on the 4th and last floor with no elevator. The flat is recently renovated and fully furnished. The rooms are full of natural light throughout the whole day and from every window you can find a vast panorama of Istanbul. Since all rooms face the backyard of the building there is no external noise in the house. The living room is very bright with a large comfortable couch (which also converts into a bed) and a lovely dining area which offers a rich panorama of Istanbul. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machines along with all utensils and other equipment). The bedroom has a very good quality double bed. The study room has a huge desk and a comfortable couch. In this room you can find a mini cozy balcony with a mini table and a bench. Here you can enjoy the panorama of Bosphorus while having your coffee. Among the household appliances there is also a drying machine, an air-conditioner (in the living room) and a hair-dryer.
