Renting out our condo while on sabbatical in Europe. The apartment is right next to Sherbrooke metro station, smack in the middle of the festive atmosphere of the Plateau and the Latin Quarter. The view provides memorable sunrises and a unique way to experience the Montreal fireworks festival over Pont Jacques-Cartier. One of the newest buildings on the Plateau (built in 2006), with high ceilings and great sound isolation. Within walking distance of parks, bars, and restaurants. Parc Lafontaine is the ideal hangout spot year round, and the festive atmosphere of St. Denis street and the Latin Quarter is minutes away. The apartment is fully furnished. Indoor parking is available, rate is negotiable.
