Description

The perfect home for a stay in Copenhagen. 5 min from both the nature area Amager Fælled and metro station, and 15 min by bike to the city center. The house is located in a so-called 'Haveforening', where you can stay all year round, and offers a mix of coziness and luxury. Inside: living room, kitchen, office, bedroom with private bath, 2 children's rooms, 1 extra toilet & bath. Outside: garden with fruit trees and berries, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and annex with sofa bed. Free parking. Note: We have two lovely cats and fish in the garden pond and aquarium. The heart of the house is a large, open and lofty kitchen-dining room and living room, where the entire south-facing facade has sliding glass doors. So you always feel like you're in the middle of the garden, even when you're inside, and you can enjoy the light - including from the skylights - streaming in all year round. The kitchen has a green marble worktop, carved oak drawers and shelves, a huge fridge-freezer and an induction cooker. Our large dining table provides the perfect space for good meals, games, creative activities with the kids, good chats and coffee. The room is completed by a built-in sofa that spans the entire end wall. It offers great opportunities for cozy get-togethers, but also space for the whole family to lounge separately. If you open up the facade, you add the private and lovely garden and terrace to the large open space. In summer you can enjoy wine on the terrace among flowers, herbs, fruit trees and berry bushes. The water from our garden pond bubbles soothingly, and you can take a nap in the hammock or on the sun lounger by our fire pit. Our outdoor kitchen with barbecue, deep fryer, home-built pizza oven with open fire, running water and plenty of table space also offers great opportunities for al fresco dining. The annex in the garden offers further possibilities for sleeping, playroom, workspace or privacy. The annex is insulated and heated by an electric radiator. From the large, open kitchen-dining room there is an entrance to three rooms: office and two children's rooms. All rooms have their own exit to the north side of the house. In each of the rooms there is a large loft, which in the two children's rooms serves as a bed area, each with its own 120x90 box mattress and a secret passage between the two lofts. In the office, the loft is full of all the materials, utensils and tools for little creative souls! From the house's kitchen, there's also a bar that leads to an extra loft with mattresses and a TV, where the kids can stretch out while you cook, or where the whole family can gather for a good movie. It is also from the kitchen-dining room that you find the house's first bathroom with toilet, rainfall shower and underfloor heating. From the house's entrance hall and wardrobe there is access to the bedroom, which contains a 140x90 double bed, built-in wardrobes and its own exit to the west side of the house. In addition, the bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet and bathtub, giving the bedroom a luxurious touch. All walls are painted in clay with dusty delicate colors, the floor in the kitchen-dining room is in stamped, polished clay and all other floors are in oak. The ceiling in the kitchen is also covered with oak and soundproofing slats, so the acoustics throughout the house are excellent. You'll feel an amazing sense of calm, even when the kids are running around you. Our bathrooms are clad in unique natural stone and Japanese tiles. The whole house is heated with district heating in the floor, so it is always warm and cozy. The house is located in so-called “Haveforening”, which means great neighbors and a unique community! We have a shared playground, table tennis table, petanque court, basketball court and soccer field. It's very safe and there's always a neighbor to say hello to or ask for help.
