It is a six minute walk to the Victoria Market, the free tram zone and the Biomedical Precinct with its many hospitals and universities. From the balcony, with its small garden and Buddha statute, there are views of the city and the gum trees. All of the appliances are high-quality, and the furnishings carefully chosen for style and comfort. Extremely well-appointed, this sophisticated apartment is suitable for comfortable longer stays or vacations in the bustling city of Melbourne. Foyer The apartment has an entrance foyer with a coat cupboard and a laundry cupboard. Within the coat cupboard there are cushions for the chairs on the balcony, hangers for coats, a shoe rack, an ironing board and iron. The laundry cupboard has a Bosh heat pump dryer, Miele washing machine and small laundry tub, with eco cleaning products. Bedrooms There are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom is designed for privacy with a Queen-sized bed, a study area with a wall length wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, which are accessed by a door from the foyer area. The second bedroom has a Murphy-style Queen-sized wall bed, that can be lowered or stored in the wall cabinet when not in use. The second bedroom with its full length wardrobe and second bathroom with shower, toilet and basin are accessed from the main hallway. All beds have memory foam toppings and spring mattresses, quality linen and pillows. Living Area The open-plan living area with its full-length windows has a view to the gum trees. The well-equipped kitchen has a Miele induction hob and oven, Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, pantry including an 8 piece dinner set, glasses and coffee makers. There is a MCM teak dining table with original basket woven chairs, a white chaise lounge with vintage white plastic string chairs and a 20thC Chinese altar table with a large screen Smart TV. The full-length mirror above the couch brings in light and reflects the trees outside. This is a beautifully designed, relaxing room that provides all you need to enjoy your stay. Outside Area The full-length glass doors can be opened to the outside balcony with its small garden, Buddha statute and two outdoor chairs. The balcony provides views to the city skyline and the gum trees at the front of the apartment block. There is also a communal rooftop with sitting area and spectacular views to the city which is available to guests in the apartment until 10pm.
