Artsy 2 Bedroom Bungalow in Quiet Leafy Neighborhood

Come stay in our artsy bungalow in a quiet leafy part of town. The location is close to city bus and train transport and is also a minute's walk to hiking and biking trails in Lane Cove National Park. We can be flexible with dates during this time period. We are a family of 3: a lecturer at The University of Sydney, an artist, and a toddler. The master bedroom has a queen pillow-top mattress, a built-in wardrobe and blackout blinds. The second bedroom has a trundle bed which has the option be a single bed, two single beds, or a combined double-sized bed, an option for a cot, and blackout blinds. The house itself has hardwood floors throughout and is absolutely bathed in sunlight from sunrise until sunset. The sunsets are a particularly gorgeous sight. There is split air conditioning and heat in the main living area and heaters and fans in both rooms. We have a lovely front and back garden both with overlooking patios. The front patio has a gas grill you will be welcome to use. There is high-speed internet, wifi, Netflix and Binge subscriptions as well as local TV. We have a dedicated workspace included in the lounge with a printer available for your use. The house is toddler proof with all furniture protected and secured to the walls. We have all you will need for a young child, playmats, cot, playpen, etc, please let us know what your needs are if you have a small child and we can likely accommodate. The only task we would ask of you is that you water the garden if it looks like it needs it, this is typically a once-a-week in the winter twice a week in the summer. We are very fortunate to call the unique neighborhood of Chatswood West home where we are so conveniently close to the city and also enjoy the flora and fauna of Australia. Being so close to Lane Cove National Park we often have King Parrots, Sulphur Crested Cockatoos, Ko0kaburras, and Rainbow Lorikeets in our backyard.
