The other two bedrooms may be occupied by short-term renters or by the visiting property owners, but you'll likely have the house to yourself most of the time. Please, no tobacco smoking on the premises. Also, no pets. Single occupancy only. $1150/ month, INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES. First month and last month rent due upfront. Also required: security deposit ($1150, refundable) and a one-time cleaning fee ($75, non refundable). Month to month and short term OK.
