Description
Having three separate bedrooms, our appartement can welcome up to four people. Although it is located in a quiet neighbourhood, it is at a walking distance from shops, restaurants, bars, parks (Buttes Chaumont and La Villette), metro stations : line 5 "Ourcq" (12 minutes du "Gare du Nord", 17 to "Bastille"), and line 7bis "Botzaris", and an international concert hall (Philharmonie). In addition to the washing machine and the dishwasher, it has a piano and many books (French and English) !

Comments: Olympic public swimming pool around the block. No exterior per se by a small balcony in the living room. The appartement is located on the 5th floor, with an East-West exposition, so very sunny.

Comments: A few minutes walk from metro station "Ourcq" (line 5, 8-10 minutes du Gare du Nord / de l'Est) and about 30 minutes by bike to Quartier latin and most city-centre campuses. Also, less than 100 meters away from Park "Buttes Chaumont", in a quiet but lively neighbourhood, within "Little Jerusalem".
