Description
You will find a house with wide spaces, one floor, comfortable. It is located within a safe and quiet gated community. On the other side of the fence you can find the Huitepec reserve a really good place to be surrounded by nature, if you like bird watching this is the place for it, also there is a trail to go hiking. You can find many fruit trees around the property. There is a terrace area to enjoy the garden, barbecue, eat outside, read, write, paint...I have a greenhouse, we like to grow vegetables and eat healthy foods. Downtown San Cristóbal is a 15-minute drive away. There are many tourist areas nearby such as the indigenous villages of Chamula and Zinacantan, the Montebello Lakes, the Agua Azul waterfalls, the Sumidero Canyon. The international airport of Tuxtla Gutiérrez is one hour away. The climate is very pleasant most of the year.

Comments: The house is one story, it only has one step. The garden is very large and has a terrace with palapa to eat outside or grill meat. Parking lot. It has furniture, living room, dining room, beds, closets, stove, refrigerator. Laundry room.

Comments: Preferably, we are looking for families for a one year stay. A half year stays are also accepted. Less than that we should talk about it.
