Description
Would suit a writer or anyone who enjoys beautiful countryside, a perfect climate and quiet. Our attitude is ecological I am a well-known UK architect and retired academic and my wife is Mallorcan. Mallorcan friends say that the place is 'super bonito:' Fellow architects say 'great design with regional sensibility...' NB. cistern is 8' above ground with stairs but no handrail. There is reasonable walking nearby and wonderful ditto in the mountains. The island is famous for cycling. Beaches are 1 hour away in any direction.

Comments: 270deg views, Tramuntana mountains to Arcadian valley. 3 nightingales in 2023, partridge, raptors along ridge. 'Mares' stone, highly insulated, all rooms cross ventilated/ shuttered. Fans in all rooms. Boules (petanca) court.
