This is my home (built 2016) in the Old North Durham neighborhood. Well equipped and cared for with stylish decor and quality furniture. An abundance of natural light throughout, semi-professional kitchen, hardwood floors everywhere, fenced-in back yard, back deck & covered front porch. 10-15 min walk to downtown areas, 1.2 miles to Duke East Campus. Spacious & uncluttered. Some furnishings and decor may differ slightly than what's seen in photos, as I swap things out and move things around. 3rd bedroom is not pictured, but has a full bed, 2 bedside tables and double door closet.
