Description
Small apartment for 1-2 persons located inside a big old house where two other families live. We each have private access, 2 spots parking and a piece of the garden. Shared terrace with historic fountain. This is a quiet residence neighbourhood with a bus connection to and from town every 7 minutes until midnight. The highway entrance is really close by (3 minutes) without bringing any noise. The garden is very green with lots of trees, and a large planting area for your personal use. We provide lounge chairs, table and umbrella. Both the bedroom and the living room have separate doors and access to the bathroom and kitchen. The laundry room is shared with our family on request.
