Our home is available for rent for 6 month term(s). We newly built the house in 2018 with many designer features, including hardwoods throughout the first floor, a huge master bedroom, a HUGE screen porch, double sided fireplace, huge walk-in pantry, granite countertops, full size washer and dryer, and much more. There is also a fire pit and outdoor grilling kitchen off the back of the house. This home is located in the historic downtown neighborhood of Old West which is quiet, quaint, and friendly and just 2 minute walk to 9th street with its iconic restaurants and shopping, plus grocery stores. The home is also just 10 minute walk to Duke's East Campus and 200 steps to the bus line for Duke's West Campus and Hospitals. The home is fully furnished. All utilities (gas, electric, water) are included up to historic averages (which will be shared with tenant before lease signing). High speed Internet is also included in the rent. The home has a detached 2-car garage. The tenant will be able to park in the garage, as well as the parking pad and on the street. NOTE, there is a separate 1 bedroom apartment above the garage that is rented separately. We ask that tenants maintain the yard while renting. There is an electric mower and other yard tools in the garage. Pets may be allowed with a separate pet agreement.
