I am a non-university affiliated professional who is travelling for business and would like to occupy my house while I am away. This is my home and NOT a rental. I am the second owner of this house and feel like a caretaker. Therefore it is essential to have a light touch and gentle usage on this house. This is a quiet and serene location with low traffic and a carport with room for 2-3 cars. Walkable to Purdue (about 2 miles) and walking distance to essential amenities: groceries, bank, barber, brewery, and a few restaurants.
