My partner and I will be happy to sublet our beautiful home to nice, responsible people. Our lovely home includes two bedrooms, a spacious living room and a great kitchen. This is a 1 unit of a duplex in Trinity Park, Durham. The house keeps cool enough temperature but has lots of sunlight, it's cozy and comfy and very well located either for people with a car or for those without. The front porch is the best place to relax and chill with chirping and birdsongs. Water & Internet included/electricity is per use
