Description
This beautiful family apartment is in the very center of Tel Aviv. Walking distance to everything the city offers. 2 min. to Dizengoff Square and 5 min. To the beach. It is a two-bedroom apt. One room with a double bed and extra toilet and another room with a 2-story bed for young kids. The kitchen is in one space with a living room and a small office space. The kitchen has anything you might need for cooking + an excellent coffee machine, a water bar, etc. The living room has a projector connected to the web. The apartment is renovated and has lots of light. It has air-conditioning in each room. The big plus of this apt is a fantastic shared private yard for the use of the people who live in the building. The apt. has no private parking. There is a place in the garden where you can safely park bicycles. We love this apartment and are looking for a friendly family to sublet it during our semester-long stay in San Diego.

Comments: The apt. is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. There is a beautiful big garden for the use of the building tenants. (Very rare in Tel-Aviv center). The building is part of the historic "Meonot Ovdim."

Comments: We are going to be in San Diego on those dates. It can be a bit flexible. We would love to rent all the time to one family but are also open to other options.
