Surfing and snorkeling close by in Santa Teresa and from Montezuma to Tortuga Island. The home has an open plan living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms. Wi-fi makes it easy to work from home. The terrace has a huge dining table and benches, 4 Adirondack chairs, and another smaller table for breakfast. The pool is great for laps and is beautifully maintained weekly. The gardener comes weekly too as the lush gardens are home to 100s of butterflies and birds. The Lang Lang tree and its flowers exude a beautiful floral scent every morning and evening. The house is set back with trees and bushes hiding it from the road. No air conditioning but multiple fans in every room and on the terrace.
