Cosy (old but nice) house in Kunijima, Osaka

University Professor, looking to rent out our fully furnished house in a quiet, residential inner-city suburb of Osaka while we are overseas 2023-2026. The house is around 50 years old, not a machiya (traditional Japanese house), but quite typical for Osaka. It's showing its age, but is very clean and well-maintained. There are three floors, with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a study. All the rooms are 6-mat (about 10sqm), and all have airconditioning except the kitchen. There's a small undercover area outside, and a car space for a small car. A bicycle may be available if required. The house is less than 10 minutes walk to 2 stations, and 15 minutes to a third. It's convenient for central Osaka (15 minutes to Umeda), Kyoto, Nara (both 60 minutes), and Kobe (40 minutes). The owners speak Japanese and English and will help tenants to get settled in both to the house and to life in Japan.
