Description
Looking for respectful renter who is neat and easy to get along with. The place is a townhouse in a very quiet complex with a pool and Jacuzzi. It is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath. It is renovated with new outdoor space, kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms. The bedroom is 11' X 10' with a good sized closet. The guest bathroom would be yours alone to use. There is also an attached garage that you would mostly be able to use. The house is fully furnished. We have pretty much anything you would need in the kitchen if you like to cook and there is a gas grill outside. The outdoor patio area is fully enclosed and private as well as quiet. It has a sitting area and an area for dining. My wife and I live in Lake Tahoe but we keep this house for work. When I have to be at the office in Sacramento or visit customers in California, I stay there. On average it is about once a week.

Comments: We are in a quiet suburb of Sacramento near two beautiful lakes. This is a recently remodeled town house that you would mostly have use of by yourself as we live in Lake Tahoe and are only occasionally in town.
