Sunny Kid-friendly 3 Bedroom Condo Near Parks, Shops and Subway

Our home is a light-filled kid-filled condo in a neighborhood that has a suburban feel with urban amenities. We are a short walk to the Alewife subway on the Red line which is 2 stops from Harvard Square. We are an 11 minute walk to Davis Square, where shuttle buses run to the heart of Tufts. There are also wonderful nature trails that are with a ten minute walk from the house. Our condo is in a triple decker, so there are two families above and there is a single guy below. It's an old house, so there are times you can hear noises from the other flats. As long as people are respectful of one another, it works. My upstairs neighbors are lawyers and doctors with kids. They are very friendly and frequently throw impromptu breakfast gatherings in the yard or driveway on weekends. We would love to find someone who would delight in that rather than being annoyed by it.
