Description
We are Steve and Jacqui. Our home runs as an airbnb in the Summer months but is quiet in the winter and we prefer to have longer term tenants as we travel. This is a family home that we have converted into a duplex, so downstairs is a full-time tenant who is very quiet and rarely seen. She shares the laundry room and garden but has her own area that she sticks to. There is a garage for storage or for your car and enough driveway space for several vehicles. One neighbour welcomes children to use her climbing equipment and there is lots of space in the yard (not fenced) for lawn games, leading to a wooded area for walking.
