Beautiful, sunny, spacious and fully furnished 75 sq meter (=807 sq ft), 2-bedroom apartment, with a large sunny balcony and views to the community water pool and the mountains. The apartment is in a modern building; and is situated on the third floor with an elevator. It has a sunny and spacious balcony with a table, ideal for writing as well! One of the bedrooms has another desk: plenty of space for reading and writing! I wrote my first book project in this apartment, and two of my good friends wrote their PhD theses, at my balcony, with a glass of red wine (or coffee, or vermouth, depending on time of the day)! :-). The apt also has a small room for a washing machine and DIY tools! Spacious kitchen with everything you need: we love cooking and cook every day, when we stay here! we also have several cook books (and board games)! Plenty of reading/writing and study areas. The main writing desk with views to the mountains. There is a community pool which is fantastic for daily swims. The nearest beach is 5 mins away by bike (there is one adult and one kid bike in our apartment), and 15/20 mins walking. The apartment is very close to supermarkets, a medical center, a sport hall, etc. The apartment lies approximately 100 km south of Barcelona. Barcelona can be reached either by bus or by train. To explore the nearby towns and cities, it is advisable to rent a car. In sum, this sun-kissed apartment offers an idyllic sanctuary, tailor-made for indulging in reading, thinking and writing.
