Bedrooms have new mattresses, smart tv, room darkening shades, and quality linens. The study has a futon with high-end mattress and featherbed for extra sleeping comfort (bed made for your arrival, by request). Mosaic House is a pleasant walk or bike ride to the UD campus (<1mile) or stadium (1.8mile). Try the many main street shops and eateries on your way to campus. Don't miss the UDairy Creamery on your way to the stadium. The working dairy farm has amazing ice cream/sorbets. Groceries are just down the street, and tax-free shopping at Christiana Mall is 15 minutes away. There's a lovely park with a pool, sports and hockey fields, and playgrounds. This is the perfect location for a Newark stay.
