We are looking to rent or exchange our home for trusted tenants during our sabbatical year. The house is located between Rhône and Saône rivers, in the Plateau Nord district (Rillieux la Pape), on the former Moraine of the Glacier des Alpes. It is close to shops, entertainment venues (cinema, library, sport, music) and public transport (train and bus). It is perfect for a family, with a primary to secondary school a 10-minute walk away. The forest is less than 1 km away. - 2 terraces, 2 vegetable gardens and garden, a swimming pool and a BBQ - 1 car/bike garage of 70m² - 4 bedrooms including 1 for office use and a double bed with its private bathroom, 1 bathroom, recently renovated fitted kitchen It is an easy-going and calm place, with many surrounding amenities and a friendly neighborhood.
