I am a faculty member at the University of British Columbia. My partner, I, and our two kids have been living in this very family friendly building for a year, and have found it extremely conducive to working, relaxing, and raising kids. Ideal for an academic family, or a single individual. For shorter stays, we can pro-rate the rent. Just get in touch with your requirements, and we will see if we can accommodate them!

Comments: This is a brand new building, and we are its first tenants. The unit is 4 bedrooms, and we are renting it out at a subsidized rate. Excellent for writing and relaxing, and super kid friendly as well.

Comments: the building lobby opens into a large play area for kids, with another larger park currently being finalized! Kids are able to be alone in the play areas, given the safety of the neighborhood.
