Looking for a mature couple

My husband and I winter in California. We are looking for a mature couple to rent our home in our absence. Our home belongs to a small strata so all outside maintenance is looked after including gardening or snow removal for instance. It is located next to the Lochside Bikeway making all of Victoria and the surrounding areas totally accessible by dedicated bike paths. Our home opens into a generous foyer leading to a living/dining area with large windows, vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace. This, in turn, leads to a new fully modern kitchen and TV room equipped with a Sony 75" smart TV, all open plan. Ideal for entertaining. The dining room opens up to a newly built deck complete with furniture and BBQ. A powder room is also located downstairs. Upstairs is an extra large master bedroom with king size bed, large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. Also upstairs is a second bedroom with queen size bed, third bedroom with a double wall bed but mainly used as an office and sewing room. The full laundry room and family bathroom are also upstairs. This home has a large double car garage with a workbench and tools. Plenty of room for bikes etc. Services include water and high speed internet at no extra cost. We have also allowed $150.00 per month for gas and hydro. Above that would be the tenants responsibility. Cordova Bay is a 10 minute walk and offers stunning beaches and scenery. McMinn Park is a 5 minute walk along the Lochside Trail and offers year round tennis, pickleball, basketball, disc golf and children's bike park and playground. For the golfer, there are numerous year round golf courses in the vicinity. Both the University of Victoria and Camosun Colleges are 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bike. The Commonwealth Sports Complex is 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike. It offers a world class olympic swimming facility plus fitness center, sports halls and many other activities all available to the public with a very small charge. This home is close to the ferry terminal for Vancouver and the gulf islands. Also close to the ferry terminal in the inner harbour Victoria taking you to Washington State and Seattle U.S.A. Victoria International Airport is located 30 minutes by car and the float plane terminals and Helijet terminal is located in the inner harbour in Victoria. There is also many shops and restaurants within easy walking or biking distance. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away servicing all of Victoria and the surrounding area.
