Only a 10-minute bike ride from UC Davis, we are accessible to the campus, but away from the traffic of downtown. Just steps from Northstar Park, a large park with multiple playgrounds, ponds with ducks, geese, many song birds, and multiple green belts and bike paths. Public pools, the library, dozens of playgrounds and parks are all within a ten-minute bike ride away. Our mid-century modern four-bedroom, one-office, two-bath home is beautifully furnished with modern couches, hand-made Amish furniture, a gorgeous piano, a fully furnished kitchen, and all the bed linens and towels you may need. Entertain friends in the backyard by the crystal-clear pool, grill, and let the kids enjoy the trampoline. Enjoy buckets of oranges from our trees in the winter, and plums and pomegranates in the summer.
