Beautiful Spanish bungalow w/ writing studio in Atwater Village for rent

I'm a writer with a daughter and we're usually spending 4-8 weeks in Europe in the summer. The house is not available during the school year, or for long-term rentals. It's only available for two months in the summers. There's no flexibility on this. Thanks! If the dates work for you, then our house is an incredibly charming 1927 Spanish bungalow with an enclosed, totally private, rose-filled English garden designed by a world-famous landscape architect. I'm renting this for a minimum of 3 weeks (at $1500/week) and a maximum of two months ($5000/month). The main house is 1300 sq. ft. but the back studio brings it to 1700 sq. ft. The main house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and the back house is a studio with a bathroom. This is one rental however! The back house is perfect for a teen, nanny, grandparent, or guest. The entire back of the house opens to the patio and rose-filled yard, making it feel incredibly open and light. The layout of the house is ideal and very spacious for the size. The house is just steps from the Atwater Farmer's Market and all the shops and restaurants on Glendale Blvd., including Proof Bakery, Club Tee Gee, Wanderlust Ice Cream, Dune, Viet Noodle, Morihiro, Blossom, Hail Mary Pizza, and soon-to-open Holy Basil and Homestate and McCall's Butcher, plus tons more. Glendale Blvd. is also full of cool shops like DeKor, Yolk, Avion, Goodies, and tons more. Atwater Village is adjacent to Los Feliz and Silver Lake, and minutes from Griffith Park. It's one of the few places in LA where you can really walk to anything. The main house has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and one vintage bathroom with a tub and a rain and handheld shower. The living room has high domed ceilings, a Bachelder fireplace and large windows overlooking rose-filled front garden. There's a dining room filled with plants and a patio with a comfy couch and chairs. The spacious eat-in kitchen has an O'Keeffe and Merritt stove and opens to the back yard, as do the dining room and main the bedroom. Outside, there's stone patio with great furniture for lounging and a flat, grassy back yard with a lovely ivy-covered stone wall and a 12-foot bougainvillea hedge. The back studio, which we use as an office/TV/play room has a super comfy couch that doubles as a single bed, a smart TV with most streaming platforms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. The studio overlooks its own gravel patio, hidden behind the stone wall, with a fountain and a cozy cushioned bench for reading. The whole house is filled with light, and you can see roses from every window. It's truly an inspiring oasis and a great place to hang out. There is a "cowboy pool" or stock tank pool in the back yard, unheated but with a solar heat cover-- nice for hot days! Ideally, you will want to book my housekeeper once a week to clean and tend to the plants. She charges $150 a week, but we can discuss. The gardeners come once a week. Everyone who comes over loves it here! It's truly a magical oasis in a very fun and convenient part of town.
